Christmas Tea 2010

Peoria Garden Club president Fran Kepler giving a big thanks to  Lynn Heath and Lori Gangloff, organizers of this wonderful event.
Great cooks,Mary Christiansen and Pat Thomason, made all the wonderful goodies on the tea trays.
Nancy Morgan brews the perfect tea for the guests.
Carolyn Schelkoph  and Terese Bolla were great helpers in the kitchen and serving the punch.

Jackie Gillam from Her Majesty's Tea Room in Dunlap shared many interesting facts about the proper English Tea.
This is the tea that is a favorite of the Prince of Wales.  Jerry and Jackie carry all things English in their store where their motto is "Royalty is a state of mind".
Lovely gift baskets made by Jackie were won by a few lucky Peoria Garden Club members.
